Full-time benefits are available to employees who work 30 or more consistent hours per week. Regular part-time employees working between 20 and 30 consistent hours per week are eligible for limited benefits. ProgressiveHealth complies with all local and state-required benefits.

Why does the application link take me to a UKG website?
We use UKG as our Applicant Tracking System and Human Resource Information System. UKG helps support our applicants throughout the offer and onboarding process. Once hired, all ProgressiveHealth staff members will use UKG for their employee information.
What is the next step after I submit my application?
Once you submit your application, our Talent Acquisition team will review your resume and qualifications. If you’re selected for an initial phone interview, we’ll contact you to schedule a time to discuss your experience and the role. We will notify you of the outcome, whether you’re moving forward or not.
How can I check on the status of my application?
Our Talent Acquisition Team takes great pride in contacting qualified candidates quickly! If you haven’t heard from us, please check your spam or junk email folder. Why do I rarely see supervisor-level positions posted on your careers page?
At ProgressiveHealth, we believe in growth and development to promote from within. Most of our supervisor and higher-level positions are filled by internal candidates.
